I dont understand why questions are "answered" on the other page. Isn't that redundant when you get an alert or see that someone has answered it?

I think that it is a type of post and you can pick the best answer maybe? I don't know I saw some as answered and some as answered with a checkmark.

Here's the thing- they are cracking down on personal attacks but they have added new ways to attack people. By rejecting answers, you can see how people votes on polls, creating a popularity contest with points and badges. It's pretty ridiculous.

Also since this is CC as the mod I can see everyone's IP address. This isn't safe. A psycho tech savy person can find out your address and name through it.

But if someone hacked your account, or if we have some mods that are AEs like Flany.... that could be a security issue. I work from home, that wouldn't be favorable.
