            I jumpstarted my weight loss again with my workout yesterday, I think, and am down 2.2 lbs. this morning. Wahoo!B: 3 eggs scrambled with 1/4 cup cheese and 3 Tbsp salsa; 4 slices bacon; 16 oz. coffee with 1/4 c. heavy cream (647)S: 14 pepperoni slices (130) 5 oz. canned tuna with 1 Tbsp EVOO, 1 Tbsp Miracle Whip, and 2 Tbsp mayo (460)E: Possibly C25K W2D1, depending how I feel. I'm pretty sore from yesterday.T: 1237/1300 -- If I work out then I'll add to my dinner to eat back those calories, but I'm not planning for it.0 5 oz. canned tuna with 1 Tbsp EVOO, 1 Tbsp Miracle Whip, and 2 Tbsp mayo (460)E: Possibly C25K W2D1, depending how I feel.  Lebanon bologna is a type of lunch meat...wikipedia refers to it as an all-beef sausage. I grew up in Lebanon and have been to the factory. At midnight on NYE, they drop a 10-pound block of it on the street.0

            LOL - sorry, I was in a meeting. I wouldn't be able to tell you what Lebanon balogna is other than it's kind of like a sweet salami. You can't get it everywhere (or at least you didn't used to be able to) so now that I'm back on the east coast I've been eating it like crazy 0 0
