Weather Woes

Ok sooo I'm freaking out a little. My wedding is 4/13/13, and I checked the extended forecast... And it says some rain!!!! My wedding is at a country club and the ceremony is supposed to be outside... We have the option to do it inside but it's not nearly as pretty....

    You're looking too far out.  Try to relax a little bit and revisit it a week in advance.  Three days is going to be really the only time it starts getting reliable.  Temperatures are easier to predict two weeks out but definitely not precipitation!

    April showers bring May flowers!  This thought has been ringing in my head since we picked our date!  We are all crazy for picking April!!  My whole wedding is inside, so I am not that worried, but I would prefer that it didn't rain so I don't have frizzy hair and get my dress all wet etc.  If it rains, it's good luck :)  Nothing we can do about the weather!

    How are you seeing your forecast that early!? Mine is on 4/13/13 as well but I haven't seen any predictions yet. We've been having a lot of snow and cold temps lately (today a high of 23 degrees) so I'm super anxious and nervous as well. Nothing we can do though unfortunately :(

    Its on accuweather.com. On my phone it has 3 options, 3day, weekend and extended. In extended it goes all the way out to Apr 18th.

    I hope you all are right about it being too soon... I am going to try to stop looking but suddenly I am obsessed.

    Noooo!!!!  NOT ACCUWEATHER!!!!  Lol, my FI majored in meteorology and we both work for NOAA now.  Do NOT rely on accuweather!

    I had this really funny picture of a wedding couple gazing out at the rain on on it it said something like "used the accuweather 2 year forecast" lol.

    I rely on the weather a lot for work and I don't bother believing any forcast until about 48 hours from the day I'm looking at.  And even then it seems like there is 50/50 chance of it actually being what they say. I would definitely not start worrying about weather yet. 

    I just hope it gets out of the 30s by April!  This extended version of winter has me going nuts!  So sick of cold and snow!  Why I haven't moved south yet I will never know!

    dont worry! I live in Ohio and my wonderful state believes in cray weather 24/7!! It hasnt stopped snowing since yesterday around 2pm and my wedding is in 11 days! :/ praying to other nature that this stuff goes away and some sun comes my way!!

    I am a southern bride and also freaking out about weather down here!!  My wedding is outside, also on the 13th!, and it is currently snowing outside my window!  I've had at least a few minor freak outs about it.  Everyone kept worrying about a rain plan, so we have a tent, but at this rate we need a freezing plan!  Maybe we need to all cross our fingers, pray, think happy thoughts, and beg mother nature for better weather! haha

    I only wish this site could be true for us! I checked for the heck of it and it said 67 degrees and sunny! Lets hope it's wrong where you live and right for me :
